The first phase of development at Enler Village, Newtownards Road, Comber was announced to the national media on 17 May and Lindsay Fyfe & Co. are delighted to be an integral part of what is the most important development for the Comber area in many years.
In what is the company's largest project in its 30-year history, Hagan commenced construction on the 112 acre 'Enler Village' project in January, with the first phase of 17 homes due for completion in December. The overall development is due to be handed over by June next year.
The 900 three and four-bedroom homes, to be built off the Newtownards Road in Comber have created 50 construction jobs during the first phase of the project, with further employment opportunities set to follow.
Once completed, the Enler Village development in Comber will provide for 900 homes, a business park, nursing home, sheltered accommodation, creche and retail units. Additional features include linked pedestrian facilities with Comber town centre, a decorative focal monument on Coarse Hill and extended saltmarsh.
The first phase will be on release for sale on June 1, with prices starting from £149,950.
